Thank you Jerry for our beautiful yard.  When we first started this process it was very upsetting.  We had contacted a couple different landscape companies and they just didn't listen to what we wanted.  They would come back with their design and it was nothing like we wanted.  We finally got a plan close to what we wanted and the contract came back at a higher price than quoted and the work we agreed on was not right in the contract.  Then we found Jerry Force One Construction.  Jerry showed up on time for our appointment, listened to what we wanted and in no time had a quote for the work and explained what he would do and it was what we were asking for.  We called Jerry a day later and told him we would like to proceed.  Jerry then emailed the agreement and it was what he had quoted with the description of the work we had asked for.  Jerry was scheduled out 2 weeks so we set a date.  On the morning of the day we scheduled Jerry was knocking on the door at 7:00 in the morning ready to go.  We marked out the yard and they were off and running.  Jerry's crew are all very nice and conscientious.  The crew all work very hard and fast.  During the job we had to add some more concrete work.  We called Jerry he gave us a price and in no time the crew had it handled.  We now have a beautiful backyard cement patio.  The damaged areas of our driveway, garage and sidewalk were removed and repoured looking great.  Then the best  part the crew removed the lawn installed a beautiful waterfall and river bed with rock cluster throughout the yard.  Jerry's plant choice's were the finishing touch.  We could not be happier with the experience of working with Jerry and his crew.  We have received many compliments from our neighbors. Gonzalo and Roman accomplished our small job in one work day: replacing 23 plants, moving a hose bibb, and refreshing our bark in our back yard planter. Cleaned up after themselves, left no trace. Welcome back any day. Wish everybody shared their work ethic!

We used Force One a few years ago when they installed our backyard and were completely satisfied. I recently bought a house that had a large unfinished backyard. I came to Jerry with a vision that I had scetched on graph paper and him and his crew were able to turn it into a reality. The work they did to the last detail was top quality. Not only did they transform my backyard, but on rainy days they put in some walls and took out some walls to install doors on the inside of my home. I would recommend them for any project with your home!

Jerry & his crew recently completed the last of 3 landscape projects resulting in what is now a picturesque, Better Homes & Gardens backyard.  2013: 1) installed raised seating using Tuscan-style retaining wall blocks surrounding the perimeter of large patio; 2) designed a small outdoor Japanese Garden Room using bamboo partitions on 3 sides of room, added shade-loving plants, pebbles, a pagoda and statuary & small bamboo/bowl fountain;  3) June 2014, converted a large, former raised garden area into a fabulous low maintenance, drought-tolerant side yard. The renovation first required the removal of excess debris, relocation of existing plants, supplemental drainage, install weed shield landscape fabric & drip irrigation throughout, added decomposed granite, rocks for dry riverbed & rock garden lined with small plants, shrubs & small flowering tree.  Each project started with my wish list of ideas & vision along with Jerry’s vision, knowledge & expertise in design, materials & cost to stay within my budget.  They always arrived on time, work long hours to complete the landscape projects in the established timeframe, plus great cleanup.  I’m extremely happy with my new outdoor living spaces; neighbors like the new look too.  THANK YOU FORCE ONE!  I highly recommend Jerry and his hard-working & highly skilled staff.

The Force One crews just finished our really big frontyard:  stone paths, border strips, dry cobble stream beds, irrigation/sprinkler redo, landscape lighting, drought resistant and colorful plantings, drainage rehab.  Very pleased w/ Jerry & his team's work!  The crews are friendly and accomodating to the needs of the homeowner during their work.  And they get it done quickly.  Jerry walked the project several times w/ us as we figured out what we wanted done.  We highly recommend Force One Construction and would be happy to talk w/ prospective customers.

erry Johnson and his crew at Force One did a fantastic job replacing our old, worn out, redwood deck with a beautiful, raised, brick patio. It was exactly the look we were hoping for to compliment our existing brick built-in BBQ and other brick accents surrounding our front and backyard landscaping. They were also able to bring the adjacent aggregate/brick cement work back to life by replacing the old brick with new to match the raised patio while saving us the cost of replacing all of the existing aggregate. Now, our entire backyard patio looks brand new! And Jerry's vision to install lighting around the raised patio pulled the entire project together beautifully! The crew was on time, dependable, and did a great job cleaning up after the project was completed. We couldn't be happier, and we would definitely recommend Force One to anyone looking for good quality masonry work.
