BEFORE

An overgrown and poorly draining retaining wall of wood construction was rotting and leaning badly. The weight of the plant growth over time also contributed to the problem.

AFTER

With a great deal of excavation, a solid concrete and rebar foundation was installed as the base for this attractive split-faced block wall in Fair Oaks. On top of the wall, using metal post brackets, a 6' high redwood fence was attached and stained a natural color. The homeowner now has a very long-term solution.
