This customer lives in a forty plus year-old home and wanted to make some drastic changes:

1) All new stamped, colored, sealed concrete

2) Raised planter boxes with plenty of low maintenance color

3) Stucco replacing the wood siding

4) Night-time landscape lights that set the house apart from all other houses on the block

5) Low water usage; entire yard, front and back, is watered with only three valves running for very little time

This customer's "lawnmower" (son) is going away to college this year, and the soccer-playing daughter leaves no time for yard work...GOOD!
